Disney Timeshares - Available for a Limited Time Only
For most Disney Vacation Club timeshare ownership, the membership ends on January 31, 2042. Exceptions are membership at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa which ceases on January 2054, and membership at Animal Kingdom Villas which ends on January 31, 2057. Even though the properties are deeded and travelers bought real estate interest, after those dates, they are relieved of their timeshare ownership.
Disney Timesharing Options and Choices
As of May 2012, the Disney Vacation Club has four properties available with timeshare deals for travelers to purchase. Travelers may choose to purchase a timeshare resale in Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, located right in the heart of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
