all units air conditioned,beach 1 mile away,boating on site,fishing on site,golfing 2 miles,mini and full kitchens,many new upgrades to all units including dishwashers and furniture,onsite restaurant,both pools and hot tub well maintained,free Wi-Fi,replaced docks and walkways around the area in 2015.
